Vegetarian Wrap with Sriracha Mayo

 4 tbsp soft cream cheese
 4 oz cheddar cheese
 1 Cucumber sliced long
 1 Orange sweet pepper sliced
 1 Red sweet pepper sliced
 Spring lettuce mix
 ¼ Head of small red cabbage
 1 tbsp Sriracha mayo
 4 Tortilla wraps
Sriracha Mayo
 1 cup mayonnaise
 1 tbsp sriracha seasoning
 1 tbsp garlic powder

Prepare Sriracha Mayo by placing all ingredients in bowl and mixing well.

Slice cheese into 8 even pieces.

Slice cucumbers and peppers into thin strips.

Thinly slice red cabbage.

Warm all four tortillas to make the tortilla more pliable. Spread cream cheese over the tortillas to create a moisture barrier. Spread Sriracha Mayo or hummus for added flavor. Assemble all four wraps at once. Lay each item separately and keep the ingredients on the bottom 2/3 of the tortilla. Place rows of greens, red cabbage, cucumbers, sweet peppers, then top with sliced cheese.

Fold in sides and bring up the bottom of the tortilla while keeping the roll tight. Once rolled, use a dab of cream cheese to seal the tortilla.

Slice diagonally. Wrap in plastic wrap and place all four wraps in a bag.
