Wash hands.
Prepare tortilla shells.
Clean mushrooms with a damp towel or mushroom brush. Slice.
In a medium sauté pan place mushrooms with ¼ cup water. Heat until mushrooms are cooked and water disappears, 3-5 minutes. Once there is no water left, add oil and sauté mushrooms over medium heat for one minute.
Add taco seasoning, mix until warmed through.
Add mushroom mixture to heated tortillas.
Layer on toppings of choice.
