Wash hands and rinse produce
Make sriracha mayo (if using).
Spread lettuce on a salad plate and arrange vegetables.
Cut both pieces of raw fish into one-inch pieces, place in a bowl, spray with oil and add taco seasoning and lightly mix.
Add olive oil to saute pan and quickly saute fish pieces for 3 minutes on the first side, stir and saute for 2 more minutes.
Add sauteed fish to the prepared salad.
Drizzle sriracha mayo o top of salad, add garnish and enjoy!
