Roasted Asparagus

 1 lb Fresh asparagus
 Olive oil
 Salt (to taste)
 Pepper (to taste)

1. Wash hands and produce.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off ends of asparagus.
3. Place on a sheet pan and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 8-10 minutes.
