Protein Balls

Delicious no-bake protein balls made with peanut butter, oats, and honey. A quick, healthy snack or post-workout treat.
Yields12 Servings
 ½ cup Peanut Butter
 1 cup Oatmeal
 ½ cup Honey
 ¼ cup Ground flax seeds
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ cup Chocolate chips
Possible add-ins or toppings
 Shredded coconut
 Chopped nuts
 Cinnamon
 Raisins
 Chia seeds
 Hemp seeds

1. Wash hands
2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until combined.
3. Using a one-ounce scoop, shape them into balls.
4. For bars: Transfer to a 9" x 9" pan and press flat. Cool and cut into bars.
5. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for a week of in the freezer for three months.
