Picante Soup

 2 tsp Olive oil
 1 Onion,diced
 1 Red pepper, chopped
 2 Garlic cloves, minced
 2 tbsp Cumin
 3 cups vegetable stock
 15 oz Black beans- one can
 14 oz Corn- drained can or frozen
 14 oz Diced tomatoes
 2 cups Picante Sauce(salsa is fine also)
 1 tbsp Chili Powder
 1.50 tsp salt

Wash hands and produce.
Saute onion and red pepper in olive oil until translucent, about 3-5 minutes. Add cumin, garlic, and stir for 30 seconds, until cumin is fragrant.Stir in the rest of the ingredients, heat until blended well and heated to 165.
