Ingredients

 1 cup basil (blanched)
 1 cup spinach
 2 tbsp roasted garlic
 2 tbsp toasted walnuts
 ½ cup EVVO
 salt and pepper to taste
 ½ cup parmesan (leave out if freezing or Vegan)

Directions

Blanch basil leaves, dry.

Place basil, spinach, garlic and nuts in food processor pulse till minced.

With processor on, drizzle evoo into mixture until smooth, add cheese if desired.
