Ingredients

 1 lb ground beef or ground chicken
 ½ lb Italian sausage
 1 egg
 ½ cup gluten free bread crumbs
 ¼ cup parsley, minced
 ¼ cup onion, minced
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a half size sheet pan with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients. Using a small scoop shape balls evenly, 1.5 tablespoons for regular meatballs. If you are using the meatballs on pizza try 1/2 tablespoon each. Don't make the meatballs too tight.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until 165 on a thermometer.
