Meatballs

 1 lb Ground beef or chicken
 ½ lb Italian sausage
 1 Egg
 ½ cup Gluten-free bread crumbs
 ¼ cup Parsley, minced
 ¼ cup Onion, minced
 1 tbsp Garlic powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Line a half-size sheet pan with parchment paper.

3. Combine all ingredients.

4. Shape balls evenly, 1.5 tablespoons for regular meatballs. If you are
using the meatballs on a pizza, use a 1/2 tablespoon each. Don't make the meatballs to tight.

5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until meatballs reach 165 degrees on a thermometer.
