Meal in a Bundle

Makes 3 bundles
 9 cups fresh vegetables of your choice
 Peppers, Onions, Zucchini, Patty Pan, Turnips, Kohlrabi, Potatoes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Fennel or use frozen vegetables
 10 meatballs or meat of your choice
 1 tbsp Olive oil or Butter
 Salt and Peppers
 Aluminum Foil
 Parchment Paper

Cut your vegetables in even sizes, 1 -2 inches.

Put milk in blender first, then add the remaining ingredients.Using heavy duty aluminum foil, make three 17x17 sheets. Cut three pieces of parchment paper slightly smaller than foil sheets. After placing parchment paper on top of foil sheets put 3 cups of mixed vegetables, 3 meat balls, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Fold over and seal the edges of aluminum foil packs.

Bake at 400 degrees for 60 – 90 minutes, to you desired texture of vegetables. I like my vegetables a bit crisp. You can peak inside to make sure meat is done 165 degrees and potatoes are cooked soft.
