Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

 6 cups cubed, peeled potatoes (half Yukon Golds and half Russets)
 1 cup half & half
 4 tbsp butter
 salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Place prepped potatoes into salted water and boil till potatoes are tender.

Warm cream and butter.

Using ricer, paddle mixer, potato masher or grinder to mash potatoes and add cream and butter to mixture.

Add-ins: Ground Flax Seeds or roasted fennel or roasted garlic
