Ingredients

 1 lb ground beef
 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 salt and pepper
 ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
 ½ cup honey
 ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Brown beef in skillet, adding in fresh ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil and salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate dish, combine soy sauce, honey and red pepper flakes.

Add sauce to the browned beef and cook on medium heat until thick (about 5-10 minutes).
