1. Wash hands and any fresh produce.
2. Preheat the oven for crust per directions.
3. If using a baking stone - preheat the stone.
4. Par bake crust.
5. On a par-baked crust, add hoisin sauce, mozzarella cheese, sliced peppers, mushrooms, optional jalapenos and meat.
6. Bake for 10 minutes or until desired doneness.
7. Remove from oven - sprinkle with scallions, cut and serve.
