Wash hands and rinse produce.
Cut produce as directed.
Place greens in a bowl.
Add sliced fruits and vegetables to the top of greens to mix evenly. Top with seeds and nuts. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Serve with a whole wheat bun or cornbread and 1% low fat milk.
To make this salad an entree salad add 3-4 oz of protein, such as chicken breast, beans tuna and some grains.
