Grilled Peaches

Ingredients

4 Peaches
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup maple syrup
Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt

Directions

Wash hands and peaches.

Slice peaches in half and remove
the pit.

Pre-heat a grill pan inside or an outdoor grill to 350 degrees.

Brush the cut sides of peach with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Add peach halves to the hot grill pressing slightly to ensure contact and to enhance grill marks.

Cook peaches for 2-3 minutes or until quite warm.

Remove from grill and serve with Maple syrup glaze, vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
