Fudgy Date Brownies

 2 cups Dates
 1 cup Peanut Butter
 ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
 1 cup Milk, plant -based if possible
 ½ tsp Vanila extract
Optional Add In's
 1 cup Walnuts- chopped
 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Wash your hands.
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, covering the bottom and sides to help lift brownies out of the pan.
Place dates, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla, and warm plant-based milk in a food processor. Blitz at high speed, scraping down as needed for 30-60 seconds. Add milk to make sure it's smooth. If using, stir in any optional ingredients.
Spread the mixture across the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. The brownies will start to pull away from the sides of the parchment.
Place on a cooling rack. Lift out of the pan when cooled to room temperature.
Cut into eight equal pieces. Garnish with berries and mint leaves.
