Fudgy Date Brownies

 2 cups Dates
 ½ cup Peanut Butter
 ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
 ½ cup Milk (plant-based works well)
 ½ tsp Vanila extract
Optional Add In's
 ½ cup Walnuts-chopped
 ½ cup Mini-Chocolate Chips
Tip:
If your dates are dry, rehydrate them by placing dates in a bowl and covering them with hot water for 15
minutes. Drain before using.

Wash your hands.
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, covering the bottom and sides to help lift brownies out of the pan.
Place dates in a food processor and pulse for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla, and warm plant-based milk in a food processor. Blitz at high speed, for 30-60 seconds until the mixture is smooth. If the dates are dry, you will need to use a tad more milk. Lastly, stir in any optional ingredients, if using.
Spread across the bottom of the prepared pan. It will be sticky. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The brownies will start to pull away from the sides of the parchment when done.
Place on a cooling rack. Lift out of the pan when cooled to room temperature.
Cut into eight equal pieces. Garnish with berries and mint leaves.
