Frosted Cranberries

 1.50 cups Sugar
 1 cup Water
 12 oz Cranberries or some fresh Rosemary

Wash your hands.

Heat water and one cup sugar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Once the sugar is dissolved, add the cranberries and cook 2 minutes. Remove the cranberries from simple sugar with a slotted spoon, transferring to a parchment-lined sheet pan. Let dry for an hour.

Once dried, roll a small batch of cranberries at a time in a half cup of sugar until all the cranberries are well coated. Dry on a clean sheet of parchment.

Store uncovered in the refrigerator.
