Mix wisked eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
Oil a 10 inch cast iron pan. Sautee vegetables and meat. Pour eggs mixture over sautéed vegetable (meat) mixture.
Cook on stove top for 5-7 minutes. Transfer to 350 oven for 16-18 minutes more, when inserted knife comes out clean.
Optional: Add cheese to egg mixture.
