Filled Phyllo Shells

 15 Phyllo shells (1 box)
 15 tsp Melty cheese (brie or cheddar)
 4 tsp Jelly or marmalade
 Herbs or nuts for garnish

For Warm Fillings:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Fill the phyllo cups with one teaspoon of cheese and place it on a sheet pan or mini muffin tin and bake for
5 - 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

3. Remove from oven and top with 1/4 teaspoon jelly or marmalade and top with garnish. Serve immediately.

My favorites:
1 teaspoon of white cheddar
1/4 teaspoon of orange marmalade
Garnish with spicy pecans

1 teaspoon of white cheddar
1/4 teaspoon jalapeno jelly
Garnish with roasted red pepper
