Roast for 8-10 minutes. Watch carefully and do not overcook. Substitute sunflower seeds for pecans.

In a medium mixing bowl, toss greens and cooled Farro with 1/2
cup Orange Vinaigrette Dressing.
Combine with grapes and mangos. Add Honey Roasted Pecans prior to serving.
