Cut most of the greens and tail off of radishes - next clean radish with water and dry.
In a four ounce custard cup or similar container, melt softened butter in a microwave until the butter is half melted, remove from the microwave. Stir melted and unmelted butter until the butter is the consistency of chocolate.
Dip dry radishes in tempered butter and lay on a sheet pan lined with wax paper. Place filled sheet tray in the refrigerator until the butter hardens.
Serve on a dish with salt as an appetizer.
