Chinese Salad

  head each of napa and red cabbage, thinly sliced
 2 cups romaine lettuce - chopped
 cilantro, minced
 carrots, julienne sliced (thin strips)
 assorted colored sweet bell peppers, diced
 green onions, bias cut
 fresh orange, segmented into slices
 almonds, sliced (or any seed/nut for some crunch)

Chop, mince, dice and slice produce as needed.

Assemble the salad starting with a base of romaine, cilantro and cabbage in a large bowl.

Use these for a base of two salads.

Top with red cabbage, carrots, peppers, green onions and freshly segmented oranges.

Drizzle on dressing and garnish with almonds and cilantro as desired.
