Prepare Fast Black Bean Salsa by placing all ingredients in bowl and mixing well.

Warm all flour tortillas to make the tortilla more pliable. Spread cream cheese over the tortillas to create a moisture barrier. Spread with sriracha hummus. Lay each item separately and keep the ingredients on the bottom ⅔ of the tortilla. Spread ¼ cup of Fast Black Bean Salsa over the hummus, ¼ of the avocado and top with sliced chicken.
Fold in sides and bring up the bottom of the tortilla while keeping the roll tight. Once rolled, use a dab of cream cheese to seal the tortilla.
