Celebrate Fall Salad

 6 cups Assorted Greens
 1 tsp Fresh Thyme-minced
 1 Apple- thinely Sliced
 ½ Pear- thily sliced
 1 Pomegranate
 3 oz Feta Cheese
 1 Delicata Squash
 4 oz Maple Spicy Pecans
 ½ cup Maple Dressing

Wash hands and produce.

Roast Delicata squash and Pecans.

Mince thyme and cut apples and pears.

Mix up the maple dressing.

Assemble the salad starting with a base of greens tossed with thyme. Arrange apples, pears and squash. Place pomegrate, cheese and roasted pecans on salad.

Drizzel on maple dressing just before serving.
