Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place cauliflower in food processor and process till cauliflower looks like rice. Steam riced cauliflower in microwave for 3 minutes. Let cool. Squeeze all water using towel or cheesecloth.
After removing water add egg, garlic, cheeses, salt and seasonings.
Lay parchment paper on a sheet tray and press the cauliflower into a rectangular (or circular) shape even as possible. Bake for 20 minutes.
Using parchment paper turn crust over and let other side cook and brown for another 15-20 minutes.
Place favorite ingredients on top and bake till done(5-10 minutes).
Use as many colorful veggies as possible to make your pizza pretty. Also some fresh herbs (my favorite is basil) to add flavor and freshness.
