Chop, mince, dice and slice produce as needed.
Heat oil to warm sauté garlic. Add ground meat until cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix in cabbage, carrots and ginger cooking 2 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and sesame oil, cover and cook 2-5 minutes more until vegetables are cooked to your preference.
Remove from heat and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
