Black Bean Soup

Ingredients

 single version black bean base
 1.50 cups stock of choice
 whole yogurt for garnish

Directions

From your base black bean mixture, take 1.5 cups of black beans and place in food processor with 1.5 cups of stock. Process till smooth. (If you like your soup thinner you can add ½ cup more stock)

Add beans/stock to the rest of your beans in the pan. Heat till warmed.

Garnish: Please garnish with cilantro or drops of thinned whole yogurt and drag a tooth pick through to make a heart. Serve to those you love.
