Ingredients

 8 oz cooked Korean meat
 1 cup cooked rice
 Tamarind mushrooms
 olive oil
 sauted cabbage, carrots and spinach
 fried egg, green onions and sriracha for toppings

Directions

Saute 8 ounces of mushrooms with 1 Tbsp of Tamarind and 1 Tbsp soy sauce.

Warm pan and then oil in skillet over medium0high heat to quickly saute raw vegetables - 4 ish minutes. Keep warm.

Heat up leftover meat and rice separately. Line bowl with warm rice. Place vegetables and meat in groups on top of rice.

Try your egg. Place on top of bowl, the yolk makes a great sauce over everything else. Add toppings of choice, sriracha, green onions, etc. Dive in and enjoy!
