Asparagus Tarts

 1 Puff Pastry sheet
 4 oz Brie Cheese
 1 lb Asparagus spears, cut to size
Note:
Thaw puff pastry overnight in refrigerator or 30 minutes at room temperature.

1. Wash hands and rinse vegetables.
2. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
3. Lightly flour work surface. Place thawed puff pastry on floured surface and roll out to 12" x 12" rectangle. Cut into 6 equal sized pieces.
4. Arrange pastry pieces on parchment lined sheet pan.
5. Lightly press indentations in each piece to make a frame.
6. Cut cheese into thin pieces and place 3 - 4 pieces inside each frame.
7. Cut asparagus spears to fit frame and lay the spears over the cheese.
8. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
9. Remove from oven and serve warm.
